About Our Founder & CEO
Mac Sims is a seasoned leader in digital transformation, IT modernization, and government strategy, with a distinguished career in logistics and technology initiatives. As the former Chief of IT Transformation for Air Force Logistics, Mac led enterprise-wide modernization efforts, implementing cloud solutions, SaaS platforms, and strategic oversight to drive efficiency across defense operations.
Recognizing the need for agile, mission-focused digital solutions in the federal space, Mac founded Stratias to help government agencies navigate complex transformation initiatives. With deep expertise in strategy development, systems implementation, and program management, Stratias is committed to bridging the gap between innovation and execution in Defense IT.
As a West Point graduate and service-disabled veteran, Mac brings a firsthand understanding of the warfighter’s needs and the operational realities of defense missions. His deep knowledge of government processes allows him to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and compliance landscapes, ensuring Stratias delivers solutions that are both innovative and mission ready. With a clear vision for the future of government technology, he leads Stratias in delivering scalable, forward-thinking solutions that empower agencies to achieve their missions more effectively.
